Use this form for transfers, consignment, disposal, outbound shipping support, inherited or unwanted firearm help, or inventory questions. Do not ship, bring, or drop off anything without appointment confirmation.

All firearms must be received, processed, and released through the required in-person process. Customers must complete ATF Form 4473 and the required Pennsylvania background check/PICS process before any firearm can be released.

This form does not ask for a Social Security number, driver's license number, date of birth, or full firearm serial number, and never will. No firearm is sold, transferred, released, shipped, or disposed of online.
